1. What is the life of the structure?
- Steel structures can last for as long as 50 years.
2. What is the price of structure?
- Please refer to Design prototype section to get some tentative numbers.
3. Do you do outstation projects?
- Yes. We do Projects PAN india. However, we fabricate the structure in our Delhi factory and ship it across to various locations.
4. What is the guarantee of your cottage?
- We provide a guarantee for 20 years against any structural defects.
5. Can we customize the design of the cottage?
- Yes. All kinds of design customizations are possible. Please connect with us with your requirements.
6. How about after sales support?
- We provide after sales support for a period of 1 year on all components.
7. Do I need a permit to build these cottages?
- The laws to erect a prefab cottage is not very clear, since it is classified as a temporary structure in Indian context. But, we recommend that local authorities should be consulted to avoid any problems post completion.
8. I have made my cottage. What about water supply and Electricity connection?
- The high side electricity and water connection is to be managed locally. We do internal electrical work upto Distribution box & Plumbing work from Kitchen and Washroom upto Manhole and water supply pipes are left on end wall for further connection to the main supply.
